The Story Behind APEXIA: My Journey to Helping You Take the First Step

I am incredibly proud to say that on April 20th, 2026, I officially founded my own gym clothing brand: APEXIA.

For me, the gym has always been more than just a place to lift weights. It’s where I built my confidence, my discipline, and my passion for the fitness industry. I remember the intimidation, the uncertainty, and how hard it was to just walk through those doors for the very first time.

That is exactly why I created APEXIA.

I didn't want to build just another brand that only caters to elite athletes or seasoned bodybuilders. My mission is to motivate and encourage everyday people. I want APEXIA to be the armor that gives you the confidence to start your fitness journey and prioritize your health and wellbeing. The name comes from the word apex—your highest point. I truly believe that everyone has their own personal apex to reach, and it all begins with taking that single, brave first step.

Turning this vision was a huge part of this journey been shaped by my time studying at Salford University in Manchester, England.

Currently, I'm studying Business Management & Marketing at Salford, and I can honestly say that without this experience, APEXIA might still just be an idea in my head. My time at university allowed me to develop my ambitions for a career in the fitness industry. It have taught me whole process of building an online business, but more importantly, it taught me how to effectively communicate a brand's purpose.

Through my marketing studies, I learned how to identify exactly who I wanted to help and how to reach them. Salford university gave me the academic framework, the resources, and the entrepreneurial environment to take my work ethic and apply it to the business of health and wellbeing. I was able to take the theories from the classroom directly into designing, branding, and launching APEXIA.

I’m just getting started, but my goal remains the same every single day: to build a community where everyone feels welcome to start their fitness journey.
